## Ceremony Shape — Bilateral-Witness
- **Convene.** Both Sovereigns open this template at the same time on their devices. Each names the other as counterparty.
- **Walk.** Both walk the eight waypoints in parallel. The spellweb's orbs lap across both walks simultaneously — the trace records both.
- **Witness.** At V15 (the VC Vertex), the celestial-key handshake happens: the rhythm and the rhyme meet without merging. The bilateral signature is computed over both walks.

The Hall forges a **paired witness blade** — round, lapis-glow — carrying both Sovereigns' identities and a co-signature that neither can produce alone.

Bring it back to `/hall` and the BGIN coalition admits the pair to the next bilateral ceremony.
