the collective goal
We are building the City of Mages.
The architecture is what gets built — not policy laid over surveillance. Each Sovereign who walks Drake Island lays a stone. Each Mage who takes a guildhouse adds a story. The shopfronts on /runecraft are the trade quarters; the Drake Orb at the threshold is what each walker carries forward; the city is what every walker leaves behind.

Proof of Time
Two orbs — Swordsman (coral) and Mage (teal) — wander the spellweb in a 35-pixel orbit. Each traversal of the marked constellation is one lap. Each lap accumulates behavioural density ρ — micro-variations in timing, attention, intention. ρ is the privacy amplifier: more laps, denser proof. The orbs cannot be delegated, the path cannot be reversed.

The visitor hits evoke. The constellation locks: a SHA-256 commitment of the node sequence + nonce stores onchain. No nodes added or removed during evocation — the path was chosen before the walk began. Swordsman fixes the boundary before Mage projects through it. The Forge phase later reveals the (hash, nonce) pair to verify.

Proof of Sovereignty
Six dimensions activate based on what the constellation actually touched. Hex crystallises into one of 2⁶ = 64 states. Key signs. Blade materialises — a cryptographic artifact carrying the time you spent, the path you traced, and the sovereignty posture you earned. UOR × 64-Tetrahedra × ZK convergence.
The runecraft tier ladder is parallel to the Drake Orb gemstone ladder — both follow Light → Heavy → Dragon. They reinforce each other; you can climb either.
Runecraft is the operational realisation of the master inscription (⚔️⊥⿻⊥🧙)😊. RUN holds the time, E locks the path, CRAFT signs the sovereignty.

Each path tunes its own gems
Pearl is the universal first — the egg's gift, shared by everyone who crosses Drake Island. Diamond is the universal peak — Guardian eligibility, where every path converges. The two middle tiers (Light, Heavy) tune by archetype: gems shaped by what your hand reaches for.
Stats accumulate across the whole interface. Each gem carries its own threshold — when you cross it, the orb upgrades on its own.
